Allan Whitehead

I am looking forward to my first full year at École Deer Meadow as Principal after joining the staff in the spring of 2022!

I am coming to the Titans team after spending the past six years as Vice-Principal of Westglen  School in Didsbury.  I have spent my entire teaching career in Chinook’s Edge schools as a teacher, a learning services coordinator, and as a school-based administrator.  

When not at school I am usually found in one of three places: with my family of five at our home in Didsbury, on the basketball court playing or coaching, or cycling on both the roads and mountains of Alberta.  

I think Deer Meadow School is a great place for students to learn and grow and I look forward to continuing the work and contributing to the great foundation that has been laid already!
