Please ensure you complete the annual school re-enrollment and consent form, which will be available starting August 26. Go to www.cesd73.ca and click on “PowerSchool” in the quick links drop down menu. After you login to PowerSchool, click on “School Engage” and look for the bell icon at the top right hand corner. This is where you will see your incomplete forms.
We ask parents to submit this form every year, or more often as changes occur in relation to their child. The form provides updated contact and medical information, as well as consents to Technology Use, FOIP (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy), Media, and Walking Field Trips. Your consent is needed annually in order for your child to participate at school.
